Girolle® originale mini is the latest innovation in our collection. It maximises the benefits of its small size whilst preserving the traditional and original spirit of Girolle® with its wooden base.

This new model has been designed for scraping half-cheese wheels.

Because we respect the environment and are concerned about proximity, we use wood with the “Swiss Wood” certificate. The knife and central shaft are made of stainless steel specially designed for kitchen use.
